Child sex trafficking is a massive problem in Georgia that often gets ignored. So we partnered with Atlanta-based nonprofit, Street Grace, to put this issue on the map…literally. At the start of Human Trafficking Awareness Month, we drove 72 yellow school buses on symbolic route through the heart of Atlanta to gain awareness for how large this issue truly is.

Each bus represented 50 children sold for sex each year in Georgia.

THE BUS ROUTE

Starting with a press conference in Atlantic Station, featuring survivors and various Georgia leaders, we then drove a caravan of 72 school buses through midtown Atlanta and ended at the Mercedes Benz Stadium.


MESSAGING FOR NEWS HELICOPTERS

We placed messaging on top of the buses that could only be seen from the sky.


MESSAGING FOR STREET VIEW

We also placed messaging on the sides of the buses for pedestrians and other cars to read.

After the event, we continued to roll out educational videos to spread awareness during Human Trafficking Awareness Month. These videos were filled with interviews from child sex trafficking survivors, the Georgia attorney general, and the founder of Street Grace.
